New Post: Remote Offline Install Questions on Windows Server 2012

I've got a few questions/issues on a remote offline Installation of SP2013 on W2K12.

1.
There's no progress in the step:
Running Prerequisite Installer (offline mode)
I have to cancel and restart the script and then it moves on to the Installation of the SharePoint binaries.

Any ideas how to get that working the first time (without cancelling and re-starting the script)?

2.
On the (remote) machine where SharePoint gets installed I'm getting this message:
WARNING: Restart failed; there may be (an) other user(s) logged in!

- Do you want to force a restart? (y/n):

I'd like to do a remote install without any interaction on the machines where SharePoint will be installed. Is there a configuration Option to get rid of that confirmation prompt?

3.
The same goes for this message:

• SharePont 2013 binary file installation done!
  Press any dey to proceed with farm configuration

4.
The script does not continue after the step:
"Creating Metadata Service Application"

The Metadata DB got created, the mmd Service app got provisioned but the script does not continue provisioning the next Service app.

Any Troubleshooting tips for that?
