Changes in this release:
- Support for running AutoSPInstaller on a server that already has SharePoint installed; the script no longer bombs out if the SharePoint install bits aren't found, we simply give a warning & prompt
- Added checks in CreateWebApp function and elsewhere for the presence of the "Portal" and "MySiteHost" managed accounts in the XML input, and also updated function so that we don't add URLs to the local hosts file of a server that's not running the Foundation Web Application service
- Ensured $contentAccessAccounts variable is cast as an array in CreateUserProfileServiceApplication function
- Refined checks in CreateSecureStoreServiceApp and ConfigureClaimsToWindowsTokenService re: the Office Web Apps version of Excel Services
- Commented out (for now) adding host header site collection URLs to the list of Search crawl addresses, since it seems they're not required
