Commented Unassigned: Project Server proxy connection is not renamed [20466]

The project server proxy connection is retains the default name of "Connects to Project Server Service Application" even though the ProxyName value is set in the XML:

Yes I'm aware of this; the value in the XML is a placeholder for now until I implement this fully and bring Project Server support out of Beta.
