I'm out of ideas trying to get this script to work and would much appreciate some help. I'm so close.
I'm on 2012 R2 trying to install SP2013.
I have used the scripts located here to download the prereqs, install the roles, and install the prereqs.
Side note: I was prompted to go through the installation wizard for the prereqs when I ran the install prereqs script. This was unexpected. Maybe that's what supposed to happen? Kind of defeats the purposes of a script, so I must be doing something wrong.
I also read through this guide for installing the roles and prereqs in offline mode before running AutoSP. That ultimately lead me to those scripts.
I got to that guide because of this forum thread which indicated similar problems. However, that didn't seem to work out for me as when I start running AutoSP by running the batch file, I always get this in the shell:
WARNING: 2013-11-23 14:51:34 - Error: Unable to install (2)
WARNING: 2013-11-23 14:51:34 - Error: [In HRESULT format] (-2147024894)
WARNING: 2013-11-23 14:51:34 - Error: The tool was unable to install Application Server Role, Web Server (IIS) Role. ( ? I already did this ? )
WARNING: 2013-11-23 14:51:34 - Last return code (2)
The scripted halted. You fail. Review the log and fix your issues hot shot.
