Created Issue: New-SPEnterpriseSearchServiceApplication error with Foundation 2013 [19445]

I am trying to install Foundation 2013 with build 97444. When I try to configure Search Services it errors with the following message.

Checking Search Service Application...Creating Search Service Application...New-SPEnterpriseSearchServiceApplication : Access to this functionality requires SharePoint Server with Enterprise Client Access License.

Ho can I run this and have it install Search Service?
