New Post: Having trouble creating User Profile Service Application

When provisioning User Profile Service Application, it keeps on looping. This is what I get

-Provisioning User Profile Service Application
-Starting User Profile Service instance
-Web app "MySite Host" already provisioned.
-Creating User Profile Service Application
-Waiting for User Profile Service Application.................................

WARNING: Timed out waiting for service creation (maybe a UAC prompt?)

Press any key to try again...

When I press any key, I notice that another PowerShell box opens with red lettering and then closes immediately without being able to see the error. What can I do? Any tips would be helpful. Thanks in advance
