Commented Issue: Script Aborted during the creation of mysite site collection [18263]

Right after the script grants my service account rights to my MySite Host...
The script then trys to create Site Collection "https://mysite.here.com and then aborts.
The exception that follows says:

I have this same error but don't see the issue. Please help.
