Closed Unassigned: Having problem with Search and User Profile Sync [21500]

Hi Brian,
I am having windows server 2008 R2 SP2, SP2010 SP2, Project Server 2010 SP2, Office web apps
Installed on App, Web 1 and Web2 servers.

After running AutoSP everything goes smooth, and things even hsnc worked well.
But these 2 issue are keep coming even I tried multiple time.
1, User Profile Synchronization is keep stuck in start.
2. Search comes online and crawl works but not content got success, when search from other site or my site keep getting following error :
"CoreResultsWebPart::OnInit: Exception initializing: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
