If you install the "Machine Translation Service", AutoSPInstaller configures it to run its timer job
"Machine Translation Service - Machine Translation Service Timer Job" every 15 minutes.
However, if you look at the health analzyer report immediately after installation completes, it may be before the first time this timer job has run, so you get a spurious health analyzer warning that the machine translation service is not configured to run the timer job.
The AutoSPInstaller script could invoke the run now function on this job as soon as it has finished setting up the service to prevent this occurring.
