Created Issue: Microsoft SharePoint Foundation administration tool has stopped working [19470]

I am getting twice the error that the "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation administration tool has stopped working" during the installation of the SharePoint binaries (SharePoint 2013 patched with March 2013 by AutoSPSourceBuilder).

Any clue whats causing this?
