Edited Issue: Script Hatls after Running all Health Analyzer jobs [20806]

Hi, I've been trying to figure out what's the problem but just can't find it! I'm trying to install SharePoint 2010 on a 2008 r2 server and I'm always getting this error... I'm installing with a french service pack! I tried searching for similar problems, but couldn't find anything.

- Not changing local Admin membership of Domain\user.
- Adding Network Service to local WSS_WPG group (fixes event log warnings)...
- Network Service is already a member.

- Running all Health Analyzer jobs...
