Just hit kb 2910363.
I've just run my first AutoSPInstaller based SP2013 single server install using the Dec 2013 CU and was unable to start the Document Conversions Load Balancer Service. As per KB2910363 MS have introduced a RegKey to disallow these two services to run of WFE's (security issue).
Note: I see that they were also obsoleted in SP2013 anyway (WebApps leveraged instead?) so you shouldn't be running them on an SP2013 farm unless you have legacy code/apps/services that leverage them...
Worth putting something in AutoSPInstaller (or perhaps AutoSPInstallerGUI - I'll cross post)?
